Shortly after hurricane Irma, I rented a vehicle from the south St Pete enterprise location. The enterprise website was allowing customers to book reservations throughout the day, but the local offices did not have enough inventory to supply the customer demand. This created a tense situation for customers who made plans to rent a car and relied on the confirmation code as assurance that a vehicle would be available. Corey and Tyler maintained their composure and empathized with the customers in the lobby and apologized for the situation. In my case, Corey made several phone calls and reassured me that I would get a vehicle as I had relied on and he delivered on that promise. Tyler assisted me and completed the check out process. As a sales and service manager, I was really impressed with the way they handled that difficult situation. A+ customer service!
Nick made this process incredibly easy and quick- which I felt was a huge feat near 5pm on a Friday afternoon. This trip was a particularly important one and Nick made sure to get me in a car and on my way as quickly as possible so that I could make it to my destination on time. I am beyond impressed with his professionalism as well as his care and concern. Upon my return he made sure everything went well and helped me even further with the final cost. Nick is a wonderful asset to your company. Everything with the car was great, also. Thanks so much!!
Excellent customer service. They even called a few hours later to make sure the car was running good and there were no issues! Very impressed and will be using again. Actually booked them two weeks later in another state
The service was great & the process was very smooth. Zach was really nice & informed us with all the details. We got there a few minutes early & they had no problems in accommodating us with a car. We were in & out within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location.
Customer service is excellent. Zack Edwards was completely wonderful, polite and courteous. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show me the special features of the car. He made sure I was completely comfortable with the car before I left. When I dropped the car off, Zack made sure that everything went well with the car and that I had a ride home. He offered to take me home if needed. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this branch.
