Friendly staff, good price
They did NOT have a vehicle there for us. We reserved a vehicle online, well in advance. Our pick up time was 10am, we arrived about 10:30am. We then had to wait for them to have a vehicle brought over. I was not impressed with them.
The car was not clean when picked up. I called to extend the rental there was no mention of an additional $16 a day rental fee over and above the daily rate Orchards charge when I return the car it is in the contract on the fourth page small print of course but nobody tells you bunch of scam artists. Be cautious of renting a vehicle from Dollar rental car owned by Hertz rental car.
Bunch of crooks.They told me I was responsible for the tires when I rented from them twice & both times my tire was flat before I got to my hotel. ? Coincidental. I had to find a garage quickly with a sick husband in the car & pay to have it fixed. Garage was amazed.They said it was wrong.Had been a long time customer but I try to avoid them at all costs now.
Horrible experience. I had rented from this location before when they were just Dollar and had a great experience. Now since they have merged, it seems that customer service would have went up but it didn't. I thought I had the rental for a week. Nothing was confirmed on time frame nor was the contract explained to me. The guy on the phone wanted to say that he explained the contract to my sister who initially made the reservation. I am the one who signed for it and nothing was explained to me. He wants to put fault on me not reading the contract but I was told nothing about having to be in by the time and I told them that I work until 6pm and explained that when I extended the rental. I had to call Corporate to get things extended the first time and nothing was explained about turning in by the time on the agreement. Then when I tried to schedule the drop off, the location tells me they don't have an after hours box. Corporate says that they do. It was not a good experience at all and I'm not renting from them again.
