Based on favorable reviews, I included this company in my initial search for a roof replacement on my home in Shore Acres. I called on 2 occasions during their business hours; on both occasions, I reached a third party answering service who took a detailed message for this roofing company. I never received a call back.
Rj owens Roofing is the best, they stand behind their product. They came out and sealed my roof when it was just out of warranty.. incredible I highly recommend them, they are good people do a great job!!
If you want your roof completed in about 3 months, this for sure as all heck is NOT THE PLACE TO CALL. Yep, going on 3 months & they still haven't got her done! Sloppy work, rude people, lots of noise, & a Hugh mess.. Even the neighbors are complaining. I wish there was a -10rating!
My family and I had the best experience with this company. The staff was attentive and efficient. My roof was finished before the estimated time. Very family oriented business and my husband and I will definitely refer our friends and family in the future.
The Owens Roofing Contractors were recommended to me by my realtor, and it was a great recommendation. Their estimator, Mike Cappucci, met me at the house within three days of my initial inquiry. He developed the estimate/proposal which I accepted. Rainy weather delayed the actual re-roofing a little, but the company did an excellent job, even sending a couple of men to finish the job on a Saturday. Because I was out of state while the work was being done, Mike kept me regularly informed as the job progressed, and they brought it in for the estimated cost. This was a relatively small job for a roofing company, but Owens treated it as if it were a big deal. I will definitely use them if I have need of roofing repairs going forward
Long story made short - You get what you pay for. This is a company to stay away from. Next stop is to report them to the BBB. Then I'm going to call 'Action 9 0n Your Side.'
