Came out to give an estimate and after the work was performed, nothing more was asked for despite fixing a few other things he didn't originally see and I didn't ask for. He included it with his original estimate. That's rare these days. I was positive at some point the price would increase. The guy that came, Max, was one of the friendliest people to ever do work on my home. I would recommend this company again for sure. I don't leave reviews often but felt compelled to for the work done today.
very rude trying to have my roof on my mobile home fixed willing to pay have all the materials to do so but yet was shut down and told he cant do it after being told they do my type of roofs with out expleantion as to why they say yes they can do my type of roof but then no bacause i have the stuff to do it seriously like if you cant use the stuff i bought it can be taken back to the store not that big of a deal but i now wont waste my time paying your company to come fix my roof
If there's an option for Zero stars it would be for this business....VERY VERY VERY rude over the phone and hanged up on a potential customer...very poor customer service FOUR THUMBS DOWN!
Fantastic attention to detail. We needed our roof done quick for insurance requirements and J.Dunn was there to get it done. I did some research and decided to go with a flatter three tab roof and James agreed. No pressure sales. He gives you what you ask for. Excellent work on my roof. After removal, we may have found 2 or three nails. He makes a point to to leave his work area cleaner than when he got there. Free Wind Mitigation report. Very thorough. I'm very happy and sure my insurance will be more than satisfied
