The staff at Fortress Roofing was very easy to work with, they communicated very well and did a great job explaining the process and helped us with samples and options. In the end we were very pleased with the work and the roof looks awesome!
Run from this company! Their employee came to my home, representing their company with a shirt and estimate forms. When their employee took the money and did not return for the job I tried to work with them to have the money returned. After receiving a sad story about their employee I was then subject to a very long, profanity-laced tirade by the owner, Mike. Unfortunately for Mike I had the call on speaker and others could hear him. So if he feels I'm being dishonest in this post he should take action. Bottom line, as others have said below, run from this company. There should be a function for negative stars.

Fortress Roofing installed two flat roofs for us, one business, one home. Both new roofs have been having persistent leaking problems. I've called several times to give them the chance to fix the problems, but still the leaks persist. Their prices are low, but you get what you pay for I suppose.
We have used Fortress twice in the last year to repair minor leaks in our flat roof and tile roof. We felt they were fair and honest, responsive and easy to communicate with, and also reasonably priced. We would highly recommend.
