This was the second repair done on this roof by Drew, and I recommend his company for all your roofing needs.
They tried to sue me. This company presented themselves as very professional during the inspection but when I went to look at other companies because they could not commit to a date for the repairs, they went forward with the work and billed me. Their comments from their lawyer was that they emailed and left a message about the scheduled work without even my reply back stating it was a good time. Without my acceptance they performed the work. If it was a plumber and they did the same thing it would be called breaking and entering - at the very least was trespassing. I would not recommend this company and wish I would have read this posts prior to reaching out. Good luck - if they don't agree with you this company will try to sue you.
After two other companies failed to stop our leaking roof, Drew Roofing fixed the flat part of our roof and the sunroof last spring. We haven't had a drop of water since even through the recent squalls. We are very grateful for a job well done.
Compete waste of time do not call these people for estimates. Scheduled an appointment for last friday afternoon and i recieved a text from someone saying Drew was unavailable and this person was going to estimate my roof using google earth. After 6 days pass i text this person back and ask if they were able to get that estimate for me . A short time later i received a text back with amounts that were more than double what 3 other estimates I have recieved from companies that actually took the time to visit the property and give me an realistic estimate.
Prompt, professional, responsive and above all amazingly honest. Our problem turned out not to be a roof leak but rather a different issue and Drew Roofing was the only one of three companies that correctly identified the problem - at no charge!!! - and told us how to fix it. Other companies wanted to charge us huge sums of money to fix a non-existent problem.
Recently we had Drew Roofing make repairs to our cement shingled roof and are quite happy with the results. An honest price and the job was well done by a repair man with 20 yrs of experience and his helpers.
