The dr and nurse at office are very rough with needle sticks, big swelling and dark pools of blood where unsuccessful sticks many times. Very painful.

The dr. does not see her own patients in the hospital. At time one need their doctor the most, she will not visit at hospital. You'll get some random doctor that does not speak American English clearly that covers for her.
