I would give Dr. Guerrier a higher score but is incredibly incompetent staff negates all of his good qualities. They lose appointment times, send lab requests to the wrong labs and bill the wrong insurance. I went in with a leg injury and they sent another young doctor to take his place. He kept on telling me the pain was in the wrong leg???? He then sent me to get a sonogram instead of a MRI. The people that they sent me to said "everything was fine" and then offered to wheel me out to my car in a wheelchair because I was "clearly in a lot of pain". I never did get a follow-up appointment or call from Dr. Guerriers office. The last two times I went to the office, they couldn't find my appointment so I had to wait an extra long time to see "somebody". The last two appointments I had, I only saw the doctor in passing. The only good thing to say that he has obviously gone out of his way to hire the unemployable. I will not go back.
Dr G is wonderful but I have never seen an administrative staff that can't seem to get referrals done right. There has been several occasions where referrals were needed and the staff insists they have sent them but for some reason the other office never gets them.
Was on hold for 25 minutes called from another phone while on hold and they answered that call right away. Again I was on hold for 25 minutes on other line.
The best Dr in the Tampa area. Great service, he took his time to explain everything to me. Also, great customer service from the staff. If you are looking for a great doctor in Florida, I think Dr Frederic Guerrier is the one to look for.
