I first want to address how friendly and helpful the staff were. It is a pleasure coming in for my appointment for the first time and greeted with courtesy and smiles. I was referred to Dr Lynskey by my primary care specialist and a friend who both raved about Dr Lynskey, and so immediately felt I would be in good hands. She diagnosed me quickly with an inner ear & ear drum condition that had me in pain and sleepless for a week straight. I slept last night!! I should have gone to see her last week!! It would have saved me a ton of $$$ for silly over the counter medications, ear drops and decongestants that did nothing. She is a rock star ! Thank you Dr Lynskey you are my hero and bringing the kids who always get ear infections next :)
over an hour wait time! def not worth the wait. Dr. was very arrogant. You first get seen by the nurse practitioner. She only listens to her not what you have to say. Only interested in conducting unnecessary tests, to make money! Does not explain anything to you. One of the worst experiences I had at a dr. office.
I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room and didn't have to wait at all once in a room (my biggest pet peeve). The staff was great and Dr Lynskey was too. She did not rush my visit like some doctors do. She answered all of my questions and had a great bedside manner during the procedures I had done. I would recommend Dr Lynskey to anyone needing to see an ENT doctor.
Very respectable and polite. Took the time to talk you through the situation and clearly explained all aspects of my procedure including what to expect.
My first visit and it definitely want be my last. My appointment was 10 AM I arrived at 9:45 showed insurance cards and paperwork I had filled out the day before. Sat down at 9:55 and was called promptly at 10 spent 10 minutes with her Nurse assistant and she left and maybe two minutes later the Dr came in and gave me very thorough check for my issues including a throat scope which was totally painless and happily she found nothing serious. She said increase water consumption and it should start to get better. If not better in two weeks return and she will discuss maybe some steroid treatment for a few days. Following all this I asked her if it would be possible to get a hearing test while I was here and she checked and 5 minutes later her hearing test person gave me a thorough test and a print out of that test . Following that Dr Lynskey gave me the results in a language I could understand. I can't say enough at how easy it was for to me to feel comfortable and ask any questions and she took her time answering any and all questions. I am happy to say she will be my ear nose and throat Dr from here on out.
