Just like the other review, my experiences there NOT GOOD. HERE IS WHY:

UGH really disappointed ! First of all I never thought I would have to write my first negative review ever and especially for a self serve car wash !?!!! This review is NO attempt of me asking for a refund or a credit ! I have been coming here for 8 years. So a month ago I came here and the vacuum in the back before you enter the wash , suction was really low and didn't get anything up. I had to grab my floor mats out and shake them instead. Which defeated the purpose. I get machines break down or have issues sometimes in life. So I decided to come back today, ( a month later ) and use the vacuum on the opposite side instead, and same problem, but even worse. I even drove up to one of the vacuums in front by the road and same thing again. I was not going to try the last one left and waste more money. So I put a dollar in the metal dispenser attached to the vacuum for wipes to clean my car, and it ate my money there too. 6 dollars wasted for nothing. If I wanted to put money in a machine for NOTHING ? I would go to a casino and take my chances on a slot machine. Also no phone number online to call the owner or office. The only phone number I found online, just gives a busy signal. IF this car wash had a public working phone number ? I would rather have had this conversation on the phone about my last two negative experiences verses writing it here. There is usually a nice man that works here, cleaning and maintaining this place. This place has always been good and not like this. Please get it back to that, or in functional working order. Like buy new vacuums or even just new suction hoses. This should fix the problem. Also the metal vending machines attached to the vacuums that have air fresher or Armor wipes needs to go ! Or they need to stay fully stocked or too be in working order. Because it doesn't let the customer know if it's out of stock, and doesn't return the money back if it's completely empty. The electrical vending machine with the glass, that is next to the change dispenser is great ! I will come back one more time, because I absolutely have always liked washing my car here, but not until these minor simple common sense problems are fixed ! That's all !!!!!!!!!!

I usually use the touch free wash. The facility seems very well maintained. Prices were fair and the equipment is in good condition. I've ran into one of the workers their before and he helped me when I had questions. Great place. Will keep coming back.

-The vacuum at this bay was working, albeit barely! I ended up spending $5 to vacuum out a moderately dirty Hyundai Sonata...if you have a larger vehicle, or tend to have a dirtier car, don’t waste your time, money or back muscles in this place.

-I opted to use the self-wash bay and vacuum today 11/5/17. When I got out of the car, the vacuum wasn’t working. I figured I’d try the next bay over as it wasn’t busy. I pull out and into the next one.

Easy to use. Clean and clear instructions. Wish Vacuum was two minutes instead of one. Had to rush. Good suction and did the job. Washed and vacuumed for $6.00.

Overall this place is run down, broken, and it seems like ownership doesn’t really care as it gets worse every time I’m here. Don’t waste your time or money!

I brought it up the one time I saw a guy working there and he said "I have to wait till there is a break in customers to fix it". READ: Waiting on some suckers to keep putting quarters in the machine and NOT get what they are paying for.

-One arm bandit machine ate $2.00 (this is NOT the first time, but it was the last...I don't have time to track down the owner and play the he-said-she-said game). Be a responsible business owner and put the damn number on the machine it self.

-The feather touch wash didnt even dispense SOAP to wash my car! I purchased the basic wash at $6.00 - it should have definitely included soap!

-Broken equipment on the regular. There are only TWO self serve bays, either one has SOMETHING broken

-I still really needed to rinse my car off, so I opted for the “feather touch” automatic wash. Not what I wanted, but I was running out of daylight at this point and patience.

-Speaking of blowers, 1/2 blower wands has about 30 feet of white tape on it because the owner doesn't want to replace a bad or cracked join. It was just blowing out the seam and if you didn't hold you hand JUST right, it diverted and didn't dry your car off. POOR maintenance...

Never thought I'd have to write a review on a car wash facility, but if you have a clean car, and care about cleaning your car, RUN away from this place...

-Water drops down from the ceiling, so after you dry your car with the blower (it blows as hard as an asthmatic 80 year old, not good), you have to put MORE quarter in to blow of the water leaking at the ceiling joint. POOR maintenance....

-Then, when I pulled up to begin washing the exterior of my car, the wash bay wouldn’t accept my credit card or debit card. Literally nothing registered on the screen. It just kept flashing “Please insert cash or credit.” I didn’t have cash and there isn’t an ATM on site here. I had a handful of quarters, but the wash bay did not accept them - the quarter slot was even caulked shut.

I usually come here to use the automatic car washes and on most occasions, they are operational. However today took the cake for terrible service.

-The vacuum hoses are so dirty and stink (regularly), people like me that clean their car and have clean cars, won't use it. It will make your car smell. Don't be cheap! Replace those nasty things.... I drive to ANOTHER vacuum (at a different car wash that does not offer the wand type of facility) to use it on my car. They keep their stuff maintained and clean.
