Oil change and car wash done fast and right. That was then. This is now. Takes forever, funny how every female customer needs wiper or a cabin filter.
Tried several times to get someone in detailing dept to call me back so I could schedule an appointment to get my cat detailed. I have phone records to prove it. I finally called the car wash department and before I could ask why no one could call me back, she transfers me to the detail dept. They tell me they are booked up today. I wonder how those people were able to get an appt. and I couldn't. I said I called several times, left messages and no one called back, and he said they're busy. Too busy to call back a potential client who called not once today, but also last weekend? No one checks their messages? You just lost a good client who uses the car wash, but after this, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Used to be one of the best places before new management took over. Nowadays, it is extremely unorganized and nobody takes responsibility for mistakes. I asked for one thing, was given another more expensive option without my knowledge. Nobody took responsibility, instead started passing the blame down. Amateur workers, unforgiveably stupid. Didnt put on my clips correctly, had the bottom cover fall off on i275. Just a bunch of dumbasses, who treat their customers like dumbasses. Was offered one dollar off for my troubles.
I've been going here for 6 years and always leave satisfied. Super trust worthy for that show room date quality car care.
Nice staff, informative , felt like I wasn't being pushed into expensive services and options I didn't need . Wanted a hand wax. But was told a express was would be sufficient . I've had this done before by a mobile detail shop and it looked very nice. Was very pleased. At Pronto I wasn't pleased , there were water spots on my hood after the wax I personally don't know that they even put anything on it lacked shine. Perhaps it was their product compared to my other experience. I'd recommend this place for a quick wash , in and out not worth the extra money I could have gotten better luster and shine on my car with McGuire's Quick Detail .
I kept going out habit for years even though I could see it kept being less and less for more and more. I was willing to let things like oil plug not tight. Having to go back to get my floor Mats, having to look under the seat for my car antenna. But the last straw was when they didn't take off the antenna and the car wash ripped out base and all. And all they had for me was "SORRY"
