Just had my car washed and had the manager's special. They didn't vacuum the mats or the back of my SUV. The cup holders weren't cleaned, they had one area from a spill that was still there. The sound navigation system screen and my trim are covered in smears and looked worse than before. They told me my package had a 15 minute wait time before the wash. So after an hour and seeing my car sitting to the side I asked if it was done. They said "almost". I waited another 30 minutes and asked again. They said it had been done for over an hour! I told them I had been sitting on the bench right where they dry the cars and not moved, and had even asked if it was done. They didn't seem to care. When I walked over to my car there were water spots on the entire passenger side and white bird droppings still on the hood and driver's side fender. I was told that costs extra! Seriously? Extra to wipe the bird droppings off at a car wash? Unbelievable! This was one of many bad experiences here. I've tried several times because everyone seems nice. Nice does not equal quality work. I will never come back again. It's too bad because with some business integrity and pride in work it could be a good place.
I went the extra step of investing in the new service of acrylic coating. That stuff is awesome!!

I've been here twice and each time they did a good job. You do have to pay extra for bug removal, but they do it quickly and completely. I don't like that you have to get out of your car (I prefer being able to drive through washes), but that's a personal preference. They do a great job for a good price.

Biggest waste of $30. 98 in my entire life. The quality of work was what you would expect from a $5.00 high school cheerleading squad fundraiser car wash. I wish there was a way to post pictures on here so I could show what a joke this place is! VERY unimpressed. I'm posting this after taking the car back to be re-washed, with the same results the 2nd time. Save your $$ and go somewhere else, you will thank me later. BTW I drive a 2016 Hyundai Sonata that I either wash myself or take somewhere once a week to be washed. It's not like I brought in an old car that hadn't been washed in years. I have never left a bad review for a company on Google, or any other site for that matter, but the quality of work was too horrible not to. I don't want others wasting their time and money!
I left a bad review a couple weeks ago and decided to come back and give it one more shot. The improvement of the staff was amazing. Friendly and prompt. Good job everyone and to management for listinging to concerns
