On top of that, the guy who made my transaction had a bad attitude. The manager was nice and so are the guys in the back, they took the extra effort to help me find my books once.
This is a college bookstore(for the previous review).
I'm really upset they wouldn't take back a 20$ water bottle that leaked because I had used it. Even though, on the return policy, it does not state whether or not using the item is a factor in returning it. How am I supposed to know if it leaks if can't use it???????
