I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago with Dr Jenny Michael for August 2015. I received a call the day before my appointment there was a family emergency and they needed to reschedule my appointment for me. That was not a problem at all. I was assured I would be able to reschedule the following week and was promised a phone call to set up a new appointment. Wednesday comes around, no phone call, so I called myself. I was then told by a very rude receptionist that the next available appointment was another 3 months out. I told her I was assured I would be able to reschedule for the following week and she said sorry that was our tech making those calls and she didn't know what Dr Michael's schedule was like. OK, that's not my fault. She then told me I am more than welcome to find a new doctor. WOW! OK, I guess I will. VERY unprofessional! I did not call to cancel my appointment, they cancelled on me. The receptionist (wish I got her name) made me feel like I was bothering her, like this was my fault I needed to reschedule, and simply did not care about gaining me as a new patient. EXTREMELY disappointed. Dr Michael has great reviews, but her staff are a reflection of her and I am now not going to be a patient of hers.
Never call back. I have been leaving messages since December to make an EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT and still have not received a call to make the appointment...it's the end of February!!! They've called several times saying they don't have my chart (which I know they do), then the next week, they do have my chart... then two days later they lost it again!!! This place sucks. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
Took foster child for consultation in cardiology reception was ghastly, not patient friendly. Hope you never get the fat guy he's despicable...plus the wait was extreme...
