I wish I had taken my dog there sooner. The compassion they have for your pet is sincere. Dr Sheppard takes her time and explains things very thoroughly and provides the best options for your pet. I think it can get very easy to fall into a routine of seeing pet after pet, day in and day out, but Dr Sheppard is genuinely attentive to you and your pet. Thanks Dr Sheppard.
Small office, not the friendliness of staff and lost paper work they had the last time. but the job did get done.
Dr. Shepard is amazing. My dachshund hurt his back and needed an emergency appointment. They made room for him and got him seen quickly. She's gone out of her way to call and check up on my dog. Adjusting medication to suit his changing needs and educating me on proper administration. They go the extra mile for your furry family member and I definitely recommend them
Dr Shepard is a life saver. She helped my 12 week old kitten and was genuinely concerned. The place is very comfortable. There are cats roaming the office and to me... being a crazy cat lady, that's the greatest thing. I would bring my babies here again in a heartbeat. The office staff is also very caring and friendly. I highly recommend this vet if you are in the vicinity.
