The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I live in downtown but go out of my way to get the best care for my best friend. It is well worth it. The prices are very reasonable. The staff treated me and my dog very well. I was very pleased with the care that my baby received there.
My cat has been a client since she was about 6wks old. This round was just boarding because the electricity was out for 5 days, thanks a lot Irma!. Well "Bug" survived but was glad to be home. I'm sure she liked the A/C better than the hot house if she had stayed home.
Boarded my cat there for 7 nights. Rate was great, $ 10.00 a night. I did feel safe having him board there in case of an emergency. They clipped his nails ( no easy task ) and since he stated 6 nights or longer they offered a free bath, unfortunately he wasn't having anything to do with a bath. No issues or complaints and I got a well-rested kitty to come home with me.
I was happy with the service. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The doctor seemed a bit rushed, but was nice. Fair prices!!
