Buy shoes on 9/5/2017, they give me "$25 coupon" that can only be used 9/7-24/2017. I select limited edition items and put them on hold so I can return on 9/7/2017 to purchase & get discount. Hurricane Irma comes & had to take care of more important things so couldn't go back to the store on 9/7/2013. Call today (9/13/2017) to tell them I'll pick up the items, and they tell me "they only hold items for 24-hours" (which they didn't say on 9/5/2017!) & they put items back on the racks. My wife & I selected things together and now she's out of the country...I can't remember exactly what we chose together & someone else could have now gotten those items. #1 They should have told me they can only hold things for 24-hours only! #2 They had my name and cell phone # which means they could have called me. >Incompetent people/company without common sense!
