The customer service is really good here. All of the employees always ask if you're finding everything ok and offer assistance when needed.
The service here is good, yet the sales personnel that do not "tag" you in terms of commission assignment do not seem as interested in you in terms of general kindness and good will. The shoe selections are nice and I am satisfied with the price point, comfort and style of the shoes that I purchased.
The entire staff was friendly. Latoya, the lovely lady who assisted us, was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our shopping experience here. They have a big selection and prices are appropriate.

Shoe are spendy, but they have a good clearance section, and they place % off stickers on shoe boxes throughout the store. My only issue is they are really friendly, which sounds to me like they work on commission, but hey what do I know I'm just a cheap bastard looking at clearence. Haha
