I've been there before, today I went there and things were much more organized I guess causeTaheja was there. She had good customer skills and took care of us to the best of our ability and make sure that everything was okay. Prior to that my last visit wasn't a good experience but overall I do say that today's experience overcame that day. It's people like her that we need in these stores so that we get the proper the service that we deserve.She deserves recognition for her hard work and good skills.
Chili was good. Service at this location is terrible. They checked their cell phone before taking my order. Checked it again after taking my order before doing anything towards my order. Doesn't seem to help to write these reviews, as I see all the reviews are bad.
Food not fresh fries taste like burnt greese
Rebuilt this restaurant from the ground up, but the issues remain. .. dirty, over-air conditioned dining area. Beverage machine touch screen was sticky (eww!) and several beverage choices unavailable. Fries seem to have been re-warmed and flavorless, and chicken was dried out.
I've been here numerous times and overall my impression is fairly positive. They can be a bit slow, but the food is good (what you'd expect from a Wendy's) and they are quick to rectify any problems. It isn't the fastest or the best, but I've never had a really bad experience here.
