I have been going ever since I was a kid. You are NEVER in and out.the last time I went I sat there for 3 hours just to get a piece of paper!!! It's HORRIBLE. They have sick people all over the place spreading germs like it's Christmas time.
Place is horrible! Staff is inconsiderate and very rude! Would not recommend this place to anyone! They do not care about YOU! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE! They would rather sit around and chit chat with fellow employees and get a paycheck from taxpayer money. Waited over 4 hrs with only 2 other people in Iine to get a blue card and still never seen anyone. Wasted of time! F U Florida department of Health!!!!!!!!!!
This is a horrible place to try and have anything done. We have been trying to get records and they still won't accommodate us. We have been left sitting in the waiting room for hours on end. The staff has horrible customer service skills. I leave with a bad taste in my mouth every single time. Just because its free doesn't make it easy. They bullied my daughter into coming there by threatening to come to our house. Now they won't release her records to her doctor so she can be seen by them. I wouldnt take my dead cat there for CPR!!!
I've been taking my kid here since he was born in 2014. And since day one I haven't liked it, but what other option do I have? First off when they set up an appointment with you the appointment time never gets written down correct in there books. So many times I've set up 9am times and almost all were written in there books wrong. Secondly the lady that use to reload your wic card was mean, like she's always having a bad day or maybe she just hates her job. Thankfully this last time she wasn't there. The lady at the inside desk treats me like I'm stupid, like I'm wrong when when I complain about the time being wrong. Or just simply talks down to me. Many times I've walked up and had to wait several minutes until she was done texting or talking on her phone. The only nice person in that place is the lactation consultant and the last lady you talk to before they load your card. Lastly, the place is filthy, with nasty people from the street, sick and coughing all over. They insisted that you bring your newborn baby into this place why can't you just bring in the birth certificate and SS card as proof you have a baby?
