The absolute worst customer service you will get at any jewelry store. Waited for 10 minutes to be helped. Woman came over and asked if I needed help. I asked about an item, she told me the price and walked away for 5 minutes. When she came back she started helping the person next to me. Been here 3 times and the service is always terrible. Only reason I go here is because of certain exclusives that can't be bought elsewhere. Will definitely be buying online from now on.
