I immediately walked out a drove a quarter mile to Bond Jewelers. Where the ladies were nice, helpful, and sincere. I bought for both my wife and daughter for Valentines Day.

We had an excellent experience at this Jared's last Saturday. First we worked with Gordon who also introduced us to Pamela, so we'd have 2 faces to interact with in case we ever needed service and he wasn't there. (Nice touch!) They helped us upgrade our wedding rings for our 40th anniversary. They were knowledgeable, polite, respectful and efficient. All products were delivered on time and as we expected them to be. We recommend this Jared's for their customer service and the quality of their products.
They specialize in humiliation. They send out emails and mailers offering 50% off if you spend 99.00 or more, then when you come in to receive said discount, they humiliate and belittle you and show you the microscopic disclaimer at the bottom of the email saying what it does not apply to.
worst customer service experience ever, as a regular customer, the training of staff to include Jennifer by the general manager mary ann is clearly lacking since was only given excuses about short staff and lack of knowledge, any other store would be better served by my business
We called ahead of time to see if they had a Movado bold motion smart watch on a metal bracelet. We called ahead to make sure we wouldn't be wasting our time because of the long drive. They said they had the watch in stock and when we arrived we found out that they actually didn't. I was very upset I called ahead of time because I'm ready to purchase a watch and a completely wasted my time. 40 miles round-trip for absolutely nothing. Also snobby employees.

So, I was with a female salesperson, looking at a selection of Pandora charms, and was also holding a chart of Pandora charms picture/price list, when a cheesy male salesman in a cheap suit waltzes over and takes the chart out of my hand and states he needs it for another customer! Huh? WTH just happened???
