I was pleased by the service at this agency . Agent "Russ" / Rokas sold me the policy over the phone . It took a few minutes and I bought it without even leaving my house. Russ explained me the coverages very professional . When I bought the policy I knew exactly what my policy covers and what it doesn't . The most important , he keeps providing an excellent service and if I need to make any changes on my policy I always can count on him. If he is busy when I call , I leave him a voice message or text him on his cell phone and he always returns my calls back the same day. Sometimes when there is an emergency I contact him directly on to his cell phone and he helps me after the working hours. Also, I bought insurance through him for my 2 properties, one is my personal residency and the second is my rental property . Last but not least, Russ is very friendly . I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
