Top to bottom, their customer service is terrible. No follow through at any level, no initiative, no going above and beyond, no problem solving skills, no phone etiquette, poor lstening skills.. no no no no.......... How is it that such a large box store can fail at the most basic level? I'm a contractor and I was gonna give Lowes a shot at filling my order. I always shop HD. They have a much larger selection of everything really. Prices are comparable for the every day homeowner, but not really comparable for contractors. Better volume pricing with HD. Pro services are a lot more professional and eager to please. You can wander the store for an hour and never find someone to help you in the department you're looking for. Regional managers should be fired for losing touch with the minimum standards that any business should adhere to.
I went there looking for 1/2 inch flex steel conduit. I found nothing under 50 or 100 ft...same at HD &...I was not offered any assistance from anyone. I am being honest...both stores (I asked for assistance at HD)...still, no product.
Great selection, helpful staff. Easy on and off hiway. Always a good experience. Lot is busy due to Wawa gas station.
Much more accommodating than other warehouses & the employees go the extra mile to help. They also have much more of what I'm looking for and better selection.
