I was told I would be getting a free phone case, a free screen protector, and a free portable battery pack as part of a "promotion". When I got home I reviewed the paperwork and saw I was charged $90.92 for these accessories. Do not go here for your Sprint services! These people are not to be trusted.
I had the best experience at this Sprint retail business. Martez and the manager George gave me their 100% attention any questions or concerns I had they was reliable answers and responses. I've never got an "I don't know" out of them. Best place ever to go if you're a new Sprint customer like or going to Sprint see Martez or the manager George.
Brent Deparis was was my lead sales person, and he was absolutely wonderful! Took care of all my cell phone needs and has great customer service skills! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on his face! Thank you do much Brent and Sprint!
These guys are great!! Martez and George helped me and my mom switch from T-Mobile. We now have unlimited data, new phones and their customer service is amazing! The entire time we were here they treated us like family :) My mom said to mention that they're also funny as hell lol Overall great experience!
