It was awful the worst ever I called 3 times before I even got there nobody answered the phone found out that the men's department shoes guy called in sick nobody at the PAC register anybody could have stolen a ton of goods from JCPenney's finally after yelling at the top of my lungs and a register at the other end of the store responding a gentleman showed up was very polite listened to my story. they didn't even have the item that I needed had to get something else escorted me to the register while I purchased something that I really don't need to tide my significant over other so that he would have shoes and did give me a small 15% additional discount and put in the order for the two pairs of shoes that I did need but what a headache and what a nightmare and how irresponsible of JCPenney to not have anybody in the back side of that store for any customer service of any kind. It wouldn't have been such a huge problem if I wasn't disabled and in pain and tried to call before I went there to make sure that they had the item that I needed.
I'm a bigger guy and they always have a nice selection of Dress Pants and Dress Shirts. Thanks so much!
Cashier was completely unhelpful and didn't know how to do their job nor did he seem to care to help locate something in a different size. I had to go to Macy's which actually had my size and the staff I encountered actually greeted me and asked if I needed anything to let them know. I'll spend the extra money just so that I can have actual customer service; something this store seems to lack entirely.

They are trying to survive as an anchor store at a mall. I don't envy them. Only store in the mall that had the jeans I wear. Been that way for a while.
