I went to Great Expressions down the street from Miller Dentistry a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. I wish I had read the reviews before going to Great Expressions. Today I was very pleased with my experiece at Dr. Nathan Miller's office. The staff are friendly, accommodating and provide great information to help you with your dental health. Andrea at the front desk was so nice, Sara (who took my x-rays) was great, and Denise the Hygenist was gentle and thorough. Denise and Dr. Miller provided great info for me to determine the next steps to a better smile and did not force me to get things done. Instead they gave me the information I needed to make a decision on what treatments I would like to take. I loved the whole experience. I did not have to wait long to be served (not like at Great Expressions - 1 hr without even being seen.)
They didn't push the most expensive treatments or toothbrushes or water picks. They gave me options including purchasing on my own online or at Walmart/etc. I love that, usually when prior dentist offices promoted something to buy it was something they were selling in house so they can make a profit. I didn't feel like that here.
