I had a horrible experience. I took my Mercedes e500 in to fix my passenger side airbag warning light on. They changed me 250$ And did nothing. Then one guy told me my trunk is leaking. I have never had a leak for the whole time I've had the vehicle. Only thing I can think of is they left my trunk open while it rained.
Everyone was helpful and polite. I called for an appointment, and easily made it for a convenient time. When I arrived I had a nice chat with Ryan (service manager) and Dave (mechanic) about my car. I waited in the air conditioned waiting room (free wifi and coffee). Ryan, kept me informed on what was happening with my car. I had an oil change and a break fluid flush.The printed full inspection report was great. JB Import Automotive Repair is organized, clean, and friendly. Thanks for the efficient service, guys!

I had a great experience with Ryan and Dave over at JB import! Having a Mercedes, it can be a scary going to a new shop. You can tell when someone loves what they do, you can tell everyone there enjoys their job. Ryan and Dave were very passionate about the business. The pricing was very reasonable and even looked for ways to save me money! A+++
Then the office guy called me and wanted more work on my car for 1400$. I said let's fix the problem that I came in for first. I left with no resolve and will not go back so they can rape me for more money. I suggest you do not go to these people. I will contact the better business bureau and file a complaint.
Have been enjoying the service of JB Imports for over a year now. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Excellent customer service. It's like stepping back in time when business was built on honestly and value. They ALWAYS go above and beyond, to driving me back to my house if my car needs extensive repair to fixing a light bulb without hesitation during an oil change. They treat my 2007 Saab as if it was their own. Not many places still work on Saabs but even if they did I would trust no other. As a single woman I trust their opinion and recommendations as if they were my family. I am so glad I found them, you will be too.
