Would not recommend this place at all. I rented a unit to keep some furniture in. Apparently they have rats, which completely ruined everything I owned in that unit. I am highly upset and regret ever trusting this place to store my things.
Malea was amazing!! she got all my paperwork ready and gave me a great deal.. I highly recommed this place as it is very clean, organized and Malea is very friendly and professional.
Nice manager, on-site manager is also very pleasant. Both employees were honest- even in looking for the best prices with other companies. They truly are looking out for the customer's needs which is what convinced me to rent with them. Location is decent, not the best insulation in the units (ceiling roofing sometimes falls) but it suited the purposes. The location is gated, pass code restricted, very open to the road, and affordable.
I arrived at the office opening hour and was immediately served and efficiently assisted through the renting process. Great job Michael! Thanks to Malea and the entire staff.
