I used a Groupon and got an express mani/pedi. Gena did a great job and everyone there was so nice. It was a great way to start my day!
Worst experience I've had anywhere. Honestly this place has to be a joke. It came recommended by somebody that came into my work and after reading the reviews I was very hesitant. I made an appointment for a massage which I had a Groupon for. My work meeting ran 30 minutes later than it was supposed to so I was then 15 minutes late to the appointment. The receptionist told me that I lost out on my appointment and there was nothing that could be done. She informed me that the Groupon was already redeemed. I told her I understood that it was redeemed but I should still be able to reschedule and come in at a later time. She said there was absolutely nothing she could do so I would have to pay again for another massage. Very disappointing they could have even match the group on price and I would have still came in for a massage they just absolutely didn't try to resolve this at all.
Staff are very friendly. I go in monthly for a Brazilian wax and it’s the best I’ve ever gotten. She makes you feel very comfortable and does an awesome job.
I just left European Salon & Spa after getting a 90 minute Swedish massage and it was amazing ! Donna is the best, I feel so good and relaxed. I called today and nothing was available so I scheduled for next Monday, but the receptionist called me back to let me know there was a cancellation and a spot was open if I wanted to take it. They're very respectful & make sure their clients are comfortable ! Will definitely be going back and recommending ☺️ AMAZING JOB !
Best salon ever! Every one is so nice they bring a little bit of Europe in my life whenever I go there! They all treat me like family and make sure that I'm happy! They do great hair and nails and waxing and massages and well everything! Definitely go visit!
