I sheared the end off a garden faucet taking plywood down after Irma. Had to shut water off at the main. I called at 7 pm, they were there and problem was fixed before noon the next day.
I called Pro-tech to replace a toilet for elderly my mother in law. Even though their schedule was booked solid, Pro-Tech fit us in so my mother in law did not have to walk to a back bathroom in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The work was not as easy as first thought because of rusted flange. The plumber was very experienced and worked extremely hard to melt the lead cast to complete the job. I cannot say enough about the workmanship and the professionalism of the Pro-Tech staff.
