This place is awesome. The animals are in great condition and you can tell they care. The staff was very nice and helpful. They even carried the cat food I needed. Normally I have to order it online. And it was priced cheaper then online. Yes, there are something's that are pricey but not everything. They have a HUGE selection of any pet need. Will definitely be going back!
I love the baby goats and pigs! Staff was not aware of the City ordinance acceptance of hooved animals, nor did they have knowledge pertaining to what shots were required for livestock type animals within city limits. So prospective buyers be sure to do your homework first because staff here will not be able to tell you much about anything that you will need.
My husband and I were buying a dog bowl. The sticker on the display said $7.29. The price rang up $39.99. A small metal bowl. After discussing with the kid at the register, he called a manager who insisted the correct price was $9.99 even though the posted price was $7.29. We have an 11 week old puppy and they just lost a customer for life - very short sighted. We will not be back.
Really like the animal selection here but some of the employees here are incredibly rude. Walked up to a women behind the counter and she put her hand in my face. Had another worker eyeball me, and once I made her uncomfortable with my eye contact, she sheepishly greeted me with a "hi." I would never purchase from here.
Probably the ONLY pet shop I would ever rate 5 stars. They take such good care of their animals. They are healthy and socialized and not treated like items to sell. They are also very helpful to customers.
