Scott, Pat and Robert did an awesome job. They arrived early, worked very professional and quick and handled our custom made furniture with care. When we have to move again in a few month, we gonna ask for those 3 movers again. We've got a "worst case calculation" from Paul, but at the end, we did pay less, than we thought. Awesome!
Witnessed 6 pods being emptied in a newly refurbished apt complex on October 14, 2017. All 5 workers worked professionally together all day with about 5-6 families all being moved in on the same day while the last pod was being unloaded onto the Let's Get Moving truck. One of the workers took it upon his self to make one box without tape just to load 8 plastic bags for a customer and maybe 3 small items she added who waited and watched how they worked all day and even provided gatorade after coming from walmart. Paul was furious with him for making 1 box then the customer for coming to his defense he fired the experienced mover on the spot without valid reason. The mover wanted to finish the job but could not. While being lied on and minimized by Paul and another worker with a patriot hat on until the mover left but all the while the mover was looking for a legitament reason for being told to stop working even though the experienced mover was out there in the hot sun all day busting his tail without a break to get the job done without 1 compliant from a customer just praises.
Ron and Ben were awesome they took good care of my items considering I had to be out of my apartment the same day of my moving it was kind of a rush move, but they were very careful in loading and unloading my items.
I have used Let's Get Moving several times now. The service is always top notch. Most recently they loaded up my 2400sq ft house in a little over an hour and had it unloaded in even less time at the new place. The owner Quinn is the best and his crew is always very professional. I have recommended them to several friends and family member and they too are always happy.
Sharp eye of a guy who knows his business--That's Paul. He came to our house and gave us an estimate.. We would need not only his services but 3 pods to store our stuff til we found a home. Stressful. We undertook to sell what we could. If you want to see Paul sweat the big stuff, he managed to get all of it in two pods with only 2 plant pots left. There was barely air space so those last 2 didn't make it. We were thrilled. He and the Amazing Reggie barely took a minute to breathe and it was Hot out. One 15 min break was for drinking lots of water etc. They sure know how to pack stuff without harm to contents. Both men worked really well together. Thanks to 1800PackRat for recommending them. I can't wait to find a new home nearby and get these guys back out to Unpack! Thanks Reggie and Paul. BTW-that was 38 years of stuff they packed! The tender care they took with my Dad's Grandfather clock was amazing. And Paul kept in constant contact with us through out from the estimate to the actual packing and beyond.
