Great price for location, super nice staff
Wonderful effeciencys for the cost. Friendly staff and very quiet. Didn't give 5 stars for the pool closing so early at dusk and they shouldn't list shuffleboard as an amenity. It is. In disarray and unplayable.

It’s great. When you stay here you are really staying at the beach You can get any full Beach experience right here. Friendliest staff in the area, they really make you feel like a good friend Great rates. The owners are hands on and just the nicest people you could ever meet. Treasure Island really has a hidden Treasure in the Arvilla Resort
We stayed from 7-1-17 through 7-8-17 and it was perfect. The rooms were big and extremely clean. We had two rooms and very close to the pool. The staff was exceptional and extremely polite and helpful. We were not from Florida so we had lots of questions. The beach was just the right distance form the Motel. This Motel is NOT out of date and we are planning on going back in November. Hidden Gem for sure. Pat G.
