After a long day at work realizing you have locked your keys in your car is the absolute worst. I called All American and within 20 minutes of our phone conversation they were there with my vehicle door open effortlessly! I was very impressed! Compared to other company's I have used in the past they were so pleasant and quick to have me on my way I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!
Just amazing. Weekend in Madeira Beach from Orlando. After a day in the sun, returned to the hotel and promptly locked my keys and wallet inside my Corvette. Without On-Star activated, I was faced with having the car towed to the dealership at considerable cost. Because my wallet was in the car, I wasn't able to pay for the towing charge and I turned to Google for help in finding a locksmith. I am sooooo lucky that I picked the All American number. Ray answered and was there quickly. Within a very short time he had the car open and that's when the real fun began. My keys were NOT in the car. Ray kindly waited as my wife and I tore the car apart looking for the keys. When they were not to be found, Ray realized that just getting us into the car was not ultimately helping us. He offered to drive me back to the beach parking lot and see if the keys were possibly on the ground near where we parked or maybe someone had turned them into the small bar nearby. Skip forward and neither was the case. Ray helped me search nearby bushes and the entire area with no luck. We were set to check out of our hotel in the morning and I was trying to get a grip on what I was going to have to do to get a replacement key. Again, Ray stepped up and offered his service to go to the nearby Chevrolet dealer and bring me a new replacement key early the next morning. I almost didn't know what to say, this was so far over and above what anyone could expect from someone who was simply called to open a car. The next morning I got a phone call from Ray. He said the dealer did not have my replacement key but was going to have one brought in from another dealer and he would call me when it was available. It was maybe 2 hours later that he called back and said he had the replacement and was on his way back to our car. Silly me didn't fully realize that without having the car at the dealership, they could only provide the key, the programming needed to be done with the key AND the car. No problem, Ray was totally on top of the rather lengthy procedure that needed to happen in order for the key to be paired to the vehicle. I know this is a very long review, but as I sit at home in Orlando, and I think back to recount this experience, I can't help but think just what a special person my wife and I had the chance to interact with the last two days. I cannot recommend Ray and his company highly enough. If you find yourself in dire straits and need his services, you could not be in better hands, of this I assure you. I will never forget the professionalism and overwhelming kindness shown to us in our time of need. Ray is the best and deserves your business.
