Well I set up an appointment for the free testing and I get there and they can't take me because they only have one person on staff. First doesn't anyone look to see what's going on for the day a quick call and I would have gladly rescheduled. I didn't go to my trainer because I was told not to do that before the testing. That $ does come out of my pocket I scheduled all my other appointments around this. My whole work day is based on appointments if I did this I wouldn't have a job. I won't waist my time on them again.
I am so happy I found this, it has freed up my Sundays for the past month!
I like to stop and get meals here occasionally. They have healthy and tasty meals and it's super convenient if you don't feel like cooking.
Above average meals. Not a lot salt which is a huge plus. Friendly but sneaky staff. Beware! If you are new, they will upsell you and get you to buy the more expensive meals. Ask for a menu so you can see prices. Overall pleasant experience.
I love this store!! Because of the friendly atmosphere and staff, I have continued to return everyday. The cooler runs low on food quite fast because of how popular the location is. I recommend fitlife to everyone.
