I absolutely recommend coming here !! It's the BEST place !! I brought four of my friends with me today and we are leaving looking flawless !!! Thuy and her staff are amazing !! If you want to feel good and have the best nails and toes in the world- COME HERE !!!
I went here for the first time and got a gel mani pedi "lavandula" by Tami and it was wonderful! She did an excellent job and the massaging was really nice too. Very professional. I will definitely be going back to her again! The salon is beautiful and of course the free glass of wine was a nice bonus :)
Edit: I called and politely expressed my dislike of the service I received during a recent visit and they did everything they could to bring me back in and give me exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. :)
Plus they have the most funny/entertaining front desk lady. LOVE her.
This place is really hit or miss. I've been there 4 times, and only 2 of the 4 times have I gotten what I asked for. There is a definite difference between the pros and the new techs. However, it is a really nice place (albeit, expensive- especially if you're not getting what you asked for in terms of service) with a free drink and plenty of options when it comes to colors and varnish types.
Fantastic atmosphere! Awesome client service via telephone or in person. "Thea" absolutely took great care of me! She was very thorough with all the services she provided. I am new to the Saint Petersburg FL area, it's been very difficult over the past 6 weeks trying to find a Nail Salon that covered all categories in one ... Professionalism, Cleanliness, Great Client Service, attentiveness along with an incredible atmosphere (Posh) THEY ARE #1 ... I have not found a salon yet that can touch them!!
