I'd love to give it a better review I really would but it reminds me of a dark dingy (alcohol) bar. Plus not the friendliest crowd. If you prefer a bright, happy, friendly place check out Grassroots or Low Tide.
One of the best places on earth. It's a cool place to get to know new people. Roma is one of my favorite bartenders she's super knowledgeable and helpful the rest of the staff are wonderful as well it's like a second home here. If you haven't been your missing out on a one of a kind experience.
Also their kava taste strange, I'm very experienced in the subject.

For the sake of convince you can't beat mad hatters with 24/7 service and a different array of trendy tropical drinks to try there is plenty of stuff to do here. Lots of entertainment with games and activities to do along the way. Not the biggest fan of having to take a card collateral for every member of the group you are with (seems like a hassle) but this does not deter me from coming back.
Super neat place to try unique teas that are supposed to have health benefits. They are not cheap. $7 plus for 4 to 8 ounces. Also have 4 kombuchas on tap which are so so and expensive ($5.50). Crowd is local, diverse, and most know each other or are super friendly. Also very gay friendly. Lots of board games to play, along with pool and ping pong. Great outdoor area. Food truck with vegetarian options at very reasonable prices 6 to 12am, except Sundays.
Mad Hatters is a wonderful environment for someone trying to find a relaxing safe place. It was the first place I visited when I moved to northern Florida and made a huge impression on me. They have multiple areas to sit, pool tables, hookahs, kava and kratom. I recommend it it to anyone looking for a place they can feel free of anxiety. Outside there are small business vendors with tables set up selling wire wraps, crystals, and even fire spinners will be in the front spinning fire.
