I used to be a big fan- bowled here a lot on and off of league. Also brought many people to open bowling and to join the league, bought two pairs of shoes and three balls from the place. Most recently the ball return ruined mine and my girlfriend's ball the manager Ryan handled it very poorly and was unspeakably crass. Wouldn't even give us a make good game - they just lost all of the business from myself and all the people that I bring. Huge lack of respect for customer retention guess that's why Ryan is managing a bowling alley which seems to be over his head in terms of business acumen. I'll be speaking with the owner about this. I've been treated better at McDonalds didn't expect this after being a loyal patron and spending a ton of money over the years...
Nice bowling alley. They cater to group parties. There is a lounge attached. Plus in another area there is a good sized game/arcade room. They seem to have done some upgrades since I was here last so it is looking better. Area around it a little run down. Restrooms were very clean.
The place is fairly clean but the prices for everything are a bit too high. $15 dollars for shoe rental, $3 dollars for socks if you happen to need them, and $13 for a pitcher of bud light. Didn't order liquor, thank god, but I can only imagine it would have been expensive. Otherwise, we had a good time. Two strikes for me tonight!
Clean not smokey. Great bare area with pool tables. Nice staff and rewards program. Drink prices are above normal.
Family outing for my son's birthday last night, Thursday, July 13. We occupied lanes 5 & 6. Customer service provided by Shane was excellent. The guy at the cafe was nice as well. He was quick with the orders, and waited patiently for the smaller kids to decide on thier food choice. Very friendly staff, clean, food, and entertainment, (music, bowling, game room) great.
