Depending on who you deal with here you can have a great experience. Front desk staff is touch and go, some stuck up sounding. I see Beianca and she's super friendly.
My husband & I have been going to J.CON for over 5 years. I personally have tried many other salons (in the St. Petersburg area) but, none compare to J.CON. Each employee is friendly, welcoming & helpful. The salon itself is gorgeous. I love the new improvements. It's airy, always clean and very comfortable. Our stylist, Susannah is not only a sweetheart but, she is a professional who knows her stuff! I love that I can sit back, relax and know that I will leave with beautiful hair & a big smile on my face. We both highly recommend J.Con Salon & Spa!
I just left the salon and I'm having very mixed feelings about the service I received today. As an alumni of the Aveda Institute I know how a client is supposed to be greeted as they walk into the salon. I did not feel that warm greeting at all. There were three people standing in the front not one soul greeted me. I walked over to the product stood confused for a while, not one soul offered to help me. I watch them out of the corner of my eye watching me but no help. I was fighting my inner self on whether or not I should have spent my money or take it elsewhere but I needed the product. This is an issue that needs to be addressed. Aveda already has a reputation for being a bit prejudice. Today didn't exactly prove that theory wrong.
Consistent quality work. The actual hair techs are very nice but front desk staff is not very friendly.
I went in for a haircut and let me tell you! My hair looks so fly right now. My hair feels softer than cashmere and looks sharper than A knife. Thank you Shannon for hooking it up!
