We had burgers at the Locals Market and they were really good. Took away a star because the bun was rather dry making it hard to swallow and another because the food was very pricey! $15 for a burger and doesn't even come with the fries, they're$2 more. Sweet potato tots were $3 extra. Alone they would've been like $11-$14 I think, for potatoes! But it was quite tasty, just WAY over priced. It was a cool place with good food however! Trendy so I guess you pay for it....
Excellent upscale market with lots of ready made options/made-to order meals. First time at Locale and the spicy salmon poke bowl was very tasty and fresh. I would not compare this to Whole Foods, Fresh Market or Trader Joes, because it has few of your necessary staples. It does have a small section of cleaning supplies, but not to the extent of a chain market. But, the quality of the food is right up there with Whole Foods. I look forward to trying out the meat from the butcher which looked top notch. This is definitely a go-to for a quick tasty meal or high-end ingredients, whether you eat it there or bring it home.
Great choice of food. Good prices. But what made me give five stars is the St. Petersburger. Without any exaggeration that is the best burger, I have tried in my life until today.
Fantastic location! It’s the perfect mix between Whole Foods, a great food court and farm to table restaurant. When i walked in i thought this is amazing! They have wines and craft beers, honeys, all kinds of specialty breads and pastas and oils i can go on and on! I love it! We had a lobster roll and bbq rib sandwich with sweet potato tater tots. Everything was delicious and came out fairly quickly. If you have never been and have a chance to visit please do! It’s great and the staff is wonderful!
Best desserts!!! Eat in or take it with you. The tarts are so good.
There's also a restaurant, a coffee bar and a market. A must if you're in the St. Pete area.
