They are OK I suppose. Friendly, polite and prompt when I went for the initial interview, and the woman asked many questions and was very interested in me. I was to go for a billing interview within that week. I never heard back from her. Some time went by and I was still receiving emails about numerous available jobs in my area, but no word from them. Then I received a phone call from a gentleman named Tim asking if I was still interested and available. I called back immediately and twice after that. Oddly, Tim had always just happened to step away from his desk or into a meeting the very second I called, but they promised a callback each and every time. As you can guess, I am still waiting. At this point I"m assuming they are just collecting resumes and that is how they get credit for their work each week...they do not seem too interested in getting people into positions. I gave two stars for their politeness and friendliness, but don't expect them to find you work, just bombard you with emails and occasional calls that will never get answered if you return them.
